Construction
Optiguard is constructed from 1.5mm galvanised steel sheets with fine 4mm diameter perforations and a 5mm pitch to give and excellant 60% visibility. The sheets are fully enclosed in an aluminium frame with a re-inforced aluminium cover strip to protect the fixings.

Sizes
For maximum protection Optiguard is face fixed. Sizes range from 100mm – 2500mm wide and 100mm – 1200mm high. For larger sizes a panel joining kit is required.
Finishes
Optiguard is available in a wide range of durable polyester powder coated colours to give Optiguard a versatile and attractive finish.
Installation
Optiguard is secured to the opening by a frame designed to accept a variety of fixings. For maximum protection it is recommended that the barrier is face fixed. The unique aluminium cover strip is then placed over the frame to protect the fixings. If reveal fixing is the best option a reveal fixing kit is required.
