Customer Service Supervisor

Reports to: Commercial Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Supervisor at the Bradbury Group. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager your focus in part will be to drive the effectiveness of continued growth and customer services.

The Role
The role of Customer Service Supervisor is to provide a professional, hands-on and efficient customer service to all Bradbury clients, whilst supporting and collaborating with colleagues in other departments.

• Experience of working within a dynamic team
• Understanding of great customer service
• Attention to detail
• Strong prioritisation and time management skills
• Energy, be ambitious and with a motivation to succeed
• Competency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
• Outgoing and competitive attitude
• Confident and polite phone manner
• Ability to gain client trust through timely response and action
• Quick learner
• Some technical knowledge of Bradbury doors and hardware would be an advantage

Key Accountabilities
• Influencing the team
• Solving customer issues
• Problem solving and trouble shooting
• Liaising with external customers
• Arranging site attendance
• Overseeing the investigation of root cause analysis and ensuring preventative actions are put in place
• Communicating with internal stakeholders with regards to customer specific enquiries
• Presenting a professional image at all times to all customers
• Performing other duties, as assigned
