We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Stores area who will work closely with the area Supervisor and their team members to provide exceptional service to the production function.

Main Responsibilities

· Daily allocation of resources and work load.

· Work to a detailed production plan and investigate any anomalies.

· Plan, prioritise and monitor KPIs.

· Carry out yearly Personal Development Reviews.

· Investigate and resolve any issue’s that can/will cause production delays.

· Train, guide and develop team members.

· Drive improvements within the team and organisation.

· Management of materials systems in a timely manner.

· Locate and manage stock within the store’s areas.

· Complete all administration requirements of the stores area’s accurately and on time.

· Ensure housekeeping and a safe working environment.

· ISO9001 and 14001 adherences.

· Complete weekly department 5S audits and implement the action plans.

Required Skills

· Experience within a materials store’s environment is an advantage.

· Stock management experience with systems and procedures.

· Ability and experience of leadership and performance management skills.

· Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

· Driving licence, Forklift licence are a distinctive advantage.

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

· Must have a positive mind set and a can-do approach.

· SAP experience would be an advantage but is not essential and full training will be provided.
