Back to the Floor for NAW2016

As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2016, Mick Lochran, Vice Principle of North Lindsey College, came to visit the Bradbury Academy apprentices for a ‘back to the floor’ exercise. Mick spent some time simulating LPCB attack tests with apprentices Natalie and Josh, as well as spending time in the offices with our R&D and engineering apprentices. This was to help Mick gain an understanding of the disparity of tasks each apprentice undertakes, and how they have contributed to the success of the business as a whole.

Meet The Team #14

For our meet the team, today, we have Deputy Team Leader of the finishing department, Phil Ellis.

Phil's role is to ensure the frames for our doors are produced to a high standard, and the flow of production is consistent.
