M2M4 Stays Secure in Smash and Grab Attempt

20th August 2016

Burglars have again unsuccessfully attempted to force entry into a property protected by a Bradbury M2M4 door, leaving its ‘unbreakable’ record in tact. The LPS1175 SR4 door was recently installed by a third-party contractor, to secure the ‘goods in’ area of a national retail outlet in North Yorkshire. M2M4 resisted multiple attempts to damage the lock, leaving the burglars no option other than to reverse their van at speed into the door. This method was also unsuccessful, and the thieves had to find an alternate route into the property – through the roof! This raises the importance of maintaining high levels of security for all possible methods of entry into the property, including walls, roofs and ceilings.
