Bradbury Group is proud to support the TalkSuicide campaign, created by the Humber, Coast and Vale Partnership to get rid of the stigma around talking about suicide by raising awareness of free suicideprevention training available from the Zero Suicide Alliance.
The welfare of our employees is extremely important to us, which is why we have made the decision to introduce suicide prevention training to the entire workforce at Bradbury Group, following the recent launch of the TalkSuicide campaign in our region.
As one of the region’s largest manufacturers and employers, we’re proud to be North Lincolnshire’s ambassador for this campaign, and raising awareness of such a serious issue.
We are actively encouraging our employees to take the 20-minute training course to help them recognise the signs displayed when someone may be struggling with suicidal thoughts, and know how to offer effective support.
By encouraging open dialogue around suicide, we can work together to get rid of the stigma surrounding it, and create an extended network of support for those struggling with suicidal thoughts.
